About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven and creative Social Media & Marketing Manager to take the helm of our digital presence and brand voice. This is an all-hands-on-deck role — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, wears multiple hats, and is ready to build and execute marketing strategies from the ground up.
You will strategize, plan, and implement social media campaigns, drive content creation, track KPIs, and optimize ad spend. This position is critical to how we grow awareness, build trust, and convert audiences in the yacht and marine lifestyle space.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
  • Plan, schedule, and post consistent content that aligns with brand goals, seasonal campaigns, and service offerings
  • Write copy, coordinate photo/video content, and oversee graphic design workflows
  • Track and report on KPIs, engagement, and growth metrics
  • Manage paid advertising efforts: monitor budgets, optimize spend, and report on ROI
  • Oversee email marketing, newsletters, and campaign calendar coordination
  • Collaborate with leadership, sales, and service departments to amplify offerings and events
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and content best practices
  • Represent the brand voice authentically while tailoring messaging to various

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital strategy, or content creation, specifically Tik Tok.
  • Strong understanding of social platform algorithms, engagement tactics, and analytics tools
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Canva/Adobe Suite, Mailchimp, or similar tools
  • Proven ability to manage and report on digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Strong copywriting and content planning skills
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable taking initiative
  • Bonus: Marine industry experience or passion for the yachting lifestyle
